She shares the diverse jobs in IT strategy consulting and how her psychology background has always been advantageous. She transitioned her career back to academia to be appointed as a professor based on her pregnancy and motherhood according to her vision of life. As she has always aligned with the future of work, she founded and later reinvented her business. To prevent burnout, she maintains a lifelong learner to cater her clients' and children's needs.
